As a mother-daughter team, we’ve personally experienced the joys and challenges of caring for our own family members who faced terminal illnesses and required long-term care. These cherished moments not only deepened our bond but also ignited a passion to extend that love and care beyond our immediate family. Inspired by this purpose, we decided to open a senior living facility where we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, providing the same compassion and dedication we gave our loved ones.
Melissa brings a diverse background in human health, property and casualty insurance, and marketing, with over 20 years of experience at a Fortune 500 company. As a proud mother of two adult daughters and a loving 'Mimi' to four grandchildren, family is at the heart of everything she does. When she’s not spending time with her family, Melissa enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
Victoria is a dedicated mother of two young children and has been working in the senior living care industry for the past two years. With certifications as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, and personal experience as a family caregiver, she quickly excelled in her caregiving role and was promoted to a lead position within two months. A year later, she earned her certification as an RCFE Administrator and now manages two senior living facilities. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys spending quality time with her children and family.
